Praise the Lord

Praise the Lord for not knowing what to say or write. I have an abundance of things I'm learning and experiencing. Honestly, these past few weeks have been confusing. I'm seeing a new side of myself that has never really come out before. Throughout Ecclesiastes, I read about this Hebrew hevel or fog that was translated into the word meaningless throughout the book. Hevel is a perfect description of what I've been feeling in life. I'm surrounded by hevel, yet I'm extremely at peace and I know I'm being guided through the confusion.
Praise the Lord for confusion, now, I never imagined I'd ever say that but in Ecclesiastes 11:5 it states "As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother's womb, so you can not understand the work of God, the Maker of all things." This gave me a mind blown moment, the biggest reason I'm confused is that I don't understand. That sounds pretty simple and it is but to me this verse reveals that confusion is a blessing that leads me to lean on the Maker of all things. As my life has felt unclear or full of hevel and I've realized confusion is a tool, I've come notice God answers prayers.
Praise the Lord for answered prayers. I've been told about the power of prayer and I've even seen people be in awe of it but I've come to really see prayers get answered in my life. He has always answered my prayers, I just saw the answers as a new request. For example in praying for God to change me, to consume me and be the guard over my thoughts. I started praying this about a month ago because I was discouraged over the battlefield of my mind. God has answered this prayer, not by taking my thoughts away but by challenging me and teaching me how to had my thoughts over to Him. Often times I can recall praying that God would change me but then complain when he would challenge me to change.
Praise the Lord for challenge and oh how this goes on and on...
Let us know how God is working in your life!
You are loved! Live fearlessly!
